The music was to him introduced at age 4 when he started to play the recorder with his father. In the preparatory class of Music School he decided to play the violin with M. Snopková. At that time he participated in competitions at school and district level. He won several 1st prices.
In 1991 he successfully passed the entrance examination to the Conservatory of P. J. Vejvanovský in Kromeriz to the violin class of prof. S. Nosek. During his studies at the Conservatory he regularly attended master interpretation courses in Bechyně and private lessons with prof. P. Messiereur (1.violinist of Talich Quartet).
After graduating in 1998 he continued studying the violin at the Janacek Academy of Performing Arts with prof. B. Smejkal (1.violinist of Janáček Quartet). In 2001 he went to study an annual intership at the Hochschule für Musik "Franz Liszt" Weimar, Germany. There he studied violin playing and chamber music with prof. C. G. Deutsch. In 2003 he participated in master classes given by prof. M. Frischenschlager (Austria). In 2004 he successfully completed a graduation degree in MA (Master of Arts).
Currently, he teaches at the Music School Uherský Ostroh. Often he has been engaged as temporary in the Symphony Orchestra České Budějovice, Czech National Symphony Orchestra (tour with Andrea Bocelli) and BROLN.
